Managing & Consulting

My management profile is twofold: I have nearly 15 years of experience as a manager, working at major international companies, such as BAT and Vodafone, after my Master’s degree in Management at a French Business School. As I work comfortably in matrix-based large organizational structures and complex projects, and understand the challenges inherent in classical organizational hierarchy and entrepreneurship, I am well equipped to work in interim management positions. In my other role, as a management consultant, I draw on my experiences in developing organizational vision, strategy, and project portfolios to help companies achieve their strategic goals.

  • Who is it for?

Since 2001, I have worked with managers and leaders in almost all of my organizational roles, so most of my management services are directed at leaders: middle and senior managers, directors, CEOs and business owners.
Consultancy and interim management suits my personal strengths of being strategic, creative, and solution-focused, with strong systems thinking skills, which I can best apply in the following areas.

  • Strategy management consulting

According to research, in a rapidly changing business environment, the success of an organization depends on how well the vision and strategy is understood by employees, and whether company leaders and business owners can clearly communicate priorities and focus areas when everything else is on the move. As a consultant, I can support leadership teams and business owners in formulating their mission, vision, and strategic goals in a way to attract followers. You can read more about this here.

  • Program Management Office (PMO) consulting

As a PMO expert, I undertake the design and construction of strategic or operational project, program and portfolio offices, creating the conditions for project-based operation, and developing the project management maturity of the organization. You can read more about this here.

  • Interim project management

As an interim project or change manager, I undertake full or partial management of projects for a maximum period of 3 to 6 months. It is an ideal solution for large companies, when a project is running out of resources; the project manager may have left the project unexpectedly; or if outsourcing the project or change manager role may provide a more cost-effective solution. You can read more about this here.

  • Why would you want to work with me?

I have been working in these management areas continuously since 2001, in various organizations and roles, and I know that one of my strengths is being able to understand and influence the system-wide operation of an organization. In 2013 I was awarded “Project Manager of the Year” in Hungary for the execution of the first Vodafone RED campaigns. I am an active member of two professional associations, the American Project Management Institute and the Hungarian Project Management Association. Also, since 2017 I have lectured on the importance of emotional and social intelligence in projects at Budapest Corvinus University of Economics.
Over the past one and a half decades, I have attended numerous professional training sessions on the above topics, and the following certificates give a good idea of my professional profile.
