I am fascinated by the topic of leadership, to understand who is considered a good leader, how can a leader’s personality and abilities be transformed, and what style of leadership is needed within organizations. Because managers, leaders and business owners have the greatest impact on the lives of employees, they are the most important target group for me in coaching. I always feel honored to support successful professionals who want to perform at their best, and who are keen to cultivate their personal, professional, and business growth.

Who is it for?
Leadership coaching is recommended for experienced middle and senior managers and top talents and also for SME, non-profit, and start-up business owners, who want to improve their leadership skills, and emotional intelligence to think, act, and feel like leaders.
My particular area of interest in leadership coaching is developing mindfulness and a coaching mindset of leaders, and supporting female managers on their career path. I find it a useful tool to support leaders and managers with shadow coaching, observing them while they are working, and then providing feedback. I can also support talented new graduates or newly appointed managers on the job in their first leadership roles.

How do I work as a leadership coach?
During the first introductory session, we discuss the key topics for contracting and explore whether I am the right person for you. During our subsequent coaching sessions I listen, question, and offer constructive challenges and objective observation to you regarding your thinking and behavioral patterns. I also use a variety of methods and tools, such as action and solution focused discussions, role-playing, visualization, mindfulness, and stress management techniques. I offer you a sounding board, a place to honestly discuss challenges and dilemmas.

How many sessions are needed, how much do I charge, and where do I work?
A leadership coaching agreement typically consists of one-on-one sessions, with a length of 90 minutes, meeting weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, over a time period dictated by you. Effective coaching contracts usually last between 6-12 sessions, or it can be a rolling monthly contract for your business. You can also book a one-off session with me.
The fee for both business and private clients is agreed on an individual basis and the first consulting session is a free, no-obligation 45-minute Discovery call, or coffee meeting, at my office in downtown Budapest. I also work via ZOOM but prefer to work face-to-face whenever possible. However, during the COVID pandemic I primarily conduct sessions via ZOOM. I also offer walking coaching sessions in Budapest if you think better on the move. I can open my schedule in the evening or on the weekend by request. I coach clients in both Hungarian and English.
If you are interested in discussing a coaching programme for yourself, please get in touch. I would be happy to talk about your needs and then develop a proposal for you on the basis of our conversation.

Why would you want to work with me?
Since 2006 I have gained experience both as a manager and management consultant in various corporate cultures and organizational roles. I have strong skills in systems thinking, to see through complex organizational and managerial situations and find the right solution to problems. I am particularly familiar with the chaotic, rapidly changing world of V.U.C.A. in the business environment, and I understand the resulting leadership challenges. My clients so far have included Hungarian and international corporate executives, NGO and SME executives, as well as leadership teams.
Besides the above experiences I have a master’s degree in management from a French business school, and a master’s degree in psychology, and have followed American and Hungarian accredited coaching and psychology programs, so I am well prepared for leadership coaching in both Hungarian and English.
